Refund policy

At SKR NATURALS, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (such as photos or videos). Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Β Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for return. SKR NATURALS reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.
